Frequently Asked Questions About Bears Parking
Do I need a pass to park for Bear Games?
Season Parking passes make up the majority of parking around the stadium. Red and White coupons are designated for the South Lot Premium Parking area located on 18th St. Orange coupons will enter the North Garage via McFetridge. Blue coupons will enter the North Garage via Museum Campus Drive. Yellow coupons are designated for the East Museum Lot and Purple coupons are designated for the Adler Planetarium Lot. There is limited cash parking for $49 at Burnham Harbor and the Adler Planetarium.
Where can I park with cash?
Cash is accepted on a limited basis at the Alder Planetarium for $49 and Burnham Harbor for $50. Cash parking is also available at Southwest Facilities located on the Michael Reese Campus (on 29th Street just east of Martin Luther King Drive). The Southwest Facilities do offer express shuttle service back to the stadium on game days. Cash prices are subject to change without notice.
I have an RV, is there designated parking for me?
RV's and Busses will use the Adler Planetarium parking lot. Due to the limited amount of space, parking is on a first come first serve basis. The fee is $124 per vehicle per game.
Where can we tailgate?
Tailgating is allowed in all surface lots and at the top of the Waldron Deck. There are also many acres of green space around the stadium where tailgating is permitted.
What time do you open the lots?
All parking lots and garages will open 4 hours prior to game time.
I lost my pass what should I do?
Lost, stolen and unused coupons are not refundable or replaceable. You will not be permitted into your designated lot without your parking pass. You would need to park in another location that takes cash cars.
How long can I stay parked in your lots? Is their overnight parking?
All vehicles need to exit the premises within 2 hours after the end of the game. We do not offer any overnight parking, and any cars left overnight will be towed for security reasons.
